About UsGuernsey Zombie Run is a (roughly) 5k obstacle and Zombie-filled fun run. You will be running from virus-spreading, blood-hungry Zombies. Survivors will have to do everything they can to complete the course and escape the Zombies waiting to eat your brains.
Whether you have been transformed into a Zombie or are a Zombie Run Survivalist, you’ll be able to enjoy the apocalypse. |
How The Guernsey Zombie Run Works |
When you arrive at the registration, you will be given three health flags. You will need to provide your own belt/piece of string/dressing gown cord to tuck the flags in. Wear it so that one flag is on each hip, and one is behind you.
Zombies will attempt to take Survivors health flags and Survivors will attempt to take Zombie flags. You may only take ONE health flag per Zombie/Survivor. Even if you are infected or dead (lose all your flags) you can still finish the race. You do not become a Zombie if you lose all of your health flags, and cannot attack other Survivors. Doing so is a violation of the rules and will get you disqualified and asked to leave. If you make it to the finish line with at least one health flag, you are a Zombie Run Survivalist. Every Zombie and Survivor to finish the race will receive a medal and certificate. Do not hide the health flags under your clothes, or tuck them in in any way. This is cheating, and will get you disqualified. There are no prizes for coming first, the aim is to finish the race with at least one health flag and a bundle of taken flags. |
